Each published property is managed and marketed directly by its owner or manager, who is responsible for the information published, for compliance with applicable tourism regulations (including its licence/NRUA number, shown on every listing) and for confirming and collecting payment for bookings.

Booking requests sent from this site do not involve any charge or automatic confirmation: the property owner reviews and confirms them directly with the guest.
